Fourth of July

Cayucos Beach is a tradition for the Fourth of July and watching the fireworks.
My handsome husband and I.

He was telling some story and playing with our nephew Tyler.

Crowded beach but it was a beautiful day. The beach flies were also crowding/over taking the beach. Gross!

My in-laws!
Some of Jacob's cousins joined us. This is Joshua, Eve and Darren were also there

It was so cold at night and the beach flies kept flying over us when people walked by us.
It was a wonderful day and week in Morro Bay.

Old Town Clovis Farmers Market

Our double date on Friday night.

We married some goofy/amazing guys!

Casa de Tamales are the best in town!

Snow Cones!

They have only been married two weeks. They are cuties!
Silly smile Jake.

Love my hunk!

They loved the snow cones! Can you tell?
What a fun night with my sister and new brother in law!

San Francisco

Our family from Guatemala came to visit for my sister's wedding, and they invited us (also my parents came) for a day trip to San Francisco. Who can say no to that? We hadn't seen each other since two years ago for our wedding, and it was a lot of fun catching up. I didn't take any pictures together with my camera but our uncle did so I will have those pictures later.

My first time at The Golden Gate Bridge but my third time in San Francisco.

It was so windy there!

Then the wind would stop but it would pick up again.

Beautiful bridge.

Jacob and I went to China Town for the first time. My family from Guatemala love it there. The only problem was finding a restaurant to eat. A lot of them looked so scary! Yuet Lee Seafood was actually delicious! We loved their fried shrimp rice!

We also went to Pier 39 which we love going to. Gotta love those mini donuts but our favorite ones are at the Universal Studios Board Walk.

Love the piano stair case by the Mangoes restaurant. It plays the notes every time you walk.

Thank you for inviting us! We love you Tia Ivette, Tio Carlos, and Chiquis.

Universal Studios & Santa Monica

For our two year anniversary my husband suprised me by buying Universal Studios 3 day passes (they don't expire for another year) and having a beach day.

I would normally never post this picture but it made us laugh so hard. I love Jacob's finger and the weird face I am making. Next time we will ask someone to take a picture of the two of us.

The Universal Studios Tour and The King Kong Ride was amazing.

Used for Bruce Almighty and so many other movies.

The Grinch.

                                                            The Simpson's Ride

Great ride but we got stuck in line for two hours when the ride broke down. At least we got two free  fast passes and we rode the Transformers ride twice and didn't have to wait for The Mummy Ride.
The last time we rode this ride was two years ago and we barely got wet. This year they must have added more water. We got drenched! Also this ride has an 80ft drop into darkness and Jacob and I thought we died for a second.
This started happening to my hair after the ride. I love that episode of Friends and Monica's hair!
The Mummy Returns Ride
Check out my hair getting bigger!

My hair got even bigger so this was my last picture of the day. Haha we are dorks!

It's so fluffy!
We stayed at The Westin Hotel in Pasadena. It was so nice and the lobby smelled delicious. They told us it was their signature scent with white tea.

I loved being in the water! It made me miss Florida and the beautiful beaches in the Gulf of Mexico.

You see that basket on her head? She was selling mangoes and fresh fruit.

This picture is for my in laws that drove all of Route 66 this summer.
I was so excited when we found Dippin' Dots sundaes! The last time I had one was two years ago at Sea World!
We had a wonderful time together and I cannot wait to go two more times to Universal Studios since our tickets don't expire until June 2014. I love my sweet and funny husband! I cannot wait to see what this year has in store for us.
